The first Hotel in Italy will be open to guests in 2025 in Italy’s capital of good food Bologna, also known as “La Grassa”. The hotel was designed upside-down with all public areas on the top floors of the building. The hotel features a large rooftop terrace with spectacular views over the historic old town of Bologna all the way to the Santuario Madonna di San Luca that is throning over Bologna.
