Value One celebrates cornerstone laying ceremony of new MILESTONE Student Living in Poland

Vienna/Wroclaw/Breslau, 21st of July 2022 – MILESTONE Wrocław Fabryczna completes the portfolio of two new projects in Wroclaw, Poland. The strategic partners Value One and Nuveen Real Estate team up to expand their offer in high quality student living. The first object, MILESTONE Wrocław Ołbin near the Politechnika Wrocławska was acquired in 2021 with 153 beds and is operated by MILESTONE Student Living since then. In Fall 2022, MILESTONE Wrocław Ołbin will be expanded by a total of 133 beds to a total capacity of 286 beds and a variety of community areas with a total of 4,390 square meters. The new project, MILESTONE Wrocław Fabryczna will be a new development near the old town of Wroclaw, with 510 beds and will be finished in 2023.

Strong partners for new MILESTONE facilities

For both new projects Value One is teaming up with the experienced team from AKRON Poland. DORACO acts as general contractor for the new MILESTONE buildings in Wrocław.  “Our portfolio comprises several hundred completed projects in whole Poland, in all areas of construction industry. We inaugurated the activity in Wrocław by implementing the project at 9 Prusa Street. Subsequent project is a unique student house at 22 Fabryczna Street. We hope that through our building investments we will be able to support development of the Lower Silesia region. We will implement subsequent projects here with pleasure.” says Angelika Cieślowska, President of the Management Board of DORACO.  The expansion in Wrocław is a first step for the partners, who target to grow further on the Polish market in upcoming years.  “MILESTONE is rapidly growing, and we will continue our strategy on emerging markets all over Europe.
