On about 48,000 square metres, the 120-metre “Weitblick” business tower will feature a lifestyle hotel with a roof-top bar as well as 246 exclusive rooms and various office spaces. With unique views across Vienna and the “Green Prater”, the high rise offers a perfect environment for innovation and creative ideas. What’s more, the building will feature sustainable, flexible and smart technology as well as maximum broadband capacity.
Due to gastronomic facilities on the ground floor, the office tower is also open to the public. Designed by Cucinella architects from Bologna, “Weitblick” and the adjacent “Grünblick” residential complex fuse into one architectural masterpiece at Viertel Zwei.
