Value One celebrates topping-out ceremony in Viertel Zwei

Vienna, 28.02.2024 - Value One, a leading real estate developer and operator, is celebrating the topping out of the connecting garage of the Weitblick and Grünblick projects in Viertel Zwei on February 28, 2024. This event symbolizes significant progress in the construction of this extraordinary infrastructure, realized by the construction company Strabag AG. Garage combines two visionary projects

A lifestyle hotel with a rooftop bar and 246 exclusive rooms as well as numerous office spaces are being built in the 120-metre-high "Weitblick" commercial tower on a gross floor area of around 48,000 square meters. The "Grünblick" residential project stands for modern, urban living and comprises 340 condominiums. The garage is the connecting element between these two impressive projects.

Future-oriented mobility solutions in car-free Viertel Zwei

With 295 car parking spaces and 36 motorcycle parking spaces on three levels, the garage offers a forward-looking solution for the mobility needs of residents and users. The two-storey loading yard on the 2nd basement level serves as the underground central lifeline for the projects above. All underground deliveries to and from the two high-rise projects take place via this. The aim is to create a car-free quarter for its residents at pedestrian level.

Sustainability as a strategic core

The garage embodies far more than just a parking space; it is a fundamental component of the sustainable development strategy for the Weitblick and Grünblick projects. The project sets new standards with the implementation of parking spaces equipped with electric charging stations and the sustainable infrastructure for the use of renewable energies at the site, around the energy center of the Krieau power plant.
